Coconut Crumble with Summer Fruit

Another winner yesterday!   I'd gotten some amazing nectarines at the farm, we ate a few out of hand, but I really wanted to make a dessert with them.   Yesterday was a hang around the house today, so I threw this together.    I used about 7 med to large nectarines, and a generous cup of blueberries.    I added some Penzey's baking spice to the fruit, and held back on the sugar a little bit.      I baked mine in an 11x7 pan for about 30 mins.

This was great topped with a scoop of ice cream as suggested, but would be equally as good plain.
