Four Berry Smoothies

All summer I've been squirreling away the season's best fruit, freezing it on cookie sheets then moving to ziptop bags   :)    Decided to put some to good use and make a smoothie for breakfast this morning.     Simple and good, though I don't always have the lemonade concentrate on hand.   You could probably just sub a teeny bit of lemon juice and a few ice cubes.      A wonderful way to start the morning   :)

                           Four Berry Smoothies

  Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method
--------  ------------  --------------------------------
  1 1/2              c  fat free milk
     1/2             c  frozen blackberries
     1/2             c  frozen blueberries
     1/2             c  frozen unsweetened raspberries
     1/2             c  frozen unsweetened strawberries
  2                  T  lemonade concentrate (mine was still frozen, I just scooped what I needed)
  1                  T  sugar
     1/2             t  vanilla extract

In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients.  Cover and process until smooth.  Pour into glasses, serve immediately.
