Grilled Turkey with Herb Butter

(originally made 9/2010)

School started last week, the weather has been running back and forth between summer and fall.   I grabbed a package of turkey cutlets with the idea of cooking them stovetop, but then I came across this recipe Linda posted.    Super fast, super easy and so tender that the slices just fell apart.    Tim was a big fan.      Thanks so much to Linda for sharing the recipe!
