Barbecue Beef Sandwiches

(originally made 5/6/2008)
Tried out a few new recipes over the last week and thought I would share my winners!    This was real good, simple, reheated great.    To stretch the leftovers even more, I mixed in some of the new Bush's Grilling beans (Southwest Pit Barbecue flavor).    This would be great over pasta, or wrapped in a tortilla!
