Beautiful Baked Ziti

(originally made 2/14/2006)

Made this for our lunch today, and it was a hearty, homestyle meal. I'm no stranger to baked ziti, but the addition of the garlic bread on top of this makes it GREAT.

This came from the Johnsonville website/sunday paper coupon insert. My only substitution is I used Italian sausage patties, which I browned and scrambled.

1 Tbsp. fresh garlic -- chopped
1/2 c. parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. black pepper
