Brown Sugar and Greek Yogurt Dip with Strawberries

It's finally strawberry time here in New Hampshire   :)    Yesterday we were out and about and as part of a big score at a local farm we snagged a nice quart of beautiful berries.     I didn't feel like baking and though we were doing a good job of eating them as is, I thought making a dip would be fun.   

I found this on Foodgawker, from the blog of Marcus Samuelsson-
I'd never tried greek yogurt before, and for this recipe I chose a Chobani Non fat Honey.    It has a nice little tang that balances nicely with the brown sugar and vanilla.    Normally Jake is not a dipper, but he does love honey and yogurt, he tried this first with some animal crackers, then the berries, then he asked for a spoon.   :)     Very good, very easy (I actually mixed mine up right in the yogurt cup) and definitely going in the favorites file!

Brown Sugar and Greek Yogurt Dip Recipe with Strawberries
Makes 1 cup
1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt (used chobani honey nonfat)
2 tablespoons brown sugar, plus for garnish
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon cinnamon
Strawberries, for serving
In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, brown sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon. Beat with a whisk or fork until smooth and creamy. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with a dusting of brown sugar. Serve with strawberries.
