Brownie Dalmatian Pup Pops-- Kid approved!!

(originally made  5/13/08)

Thanks to Rosie for such a fun idea!   Jake loved these.   I changed out the brownie mix to use Betty Crocker Low fat (prepared according to pkg directions), I omitted the shortening when melting the chips, and we didn't put them on sticks, we hand dipped them.    I thought they were a little too sweet, but we did go crazy with the dipping    :)
