Grilled Patty Melt

Done on the Weber- set griddle on to heat while grill heats.   Sprinkle burgers with Montreal Seasoning on both sides, cook to medium.   Cook bacon on griddle with press, flipping as needed.  Remove to paper towel lined plate.   Assemble sandwiches (bread, cheese, bacon, patty, bacon, cheese, bread) and then cook until golden brown and delicious on the griddle.
