I did not make the shells, I use premade ones. The recipe came from a handout at the liquor store that you got when you bought the product.
Kahlua Chocolate Tartlets
1 stick unsalted butter
1/2c cocoa, sifted
1 cup flour
4oz white chocolate, chopped
5oz semisweet chocolate, chopped
2/3c whipping cream
In food processor, combine butter, sugar and vanilla, process until creamy. Add cocoa, process until smooth. Add flour, pulse to combine. Press onto bottom and sides of 12 3" tartlet pans. Chill 1 hour. Pierce bottoms with fork. Bake at 375 for 8 mins. Pierce again, bake another 4 mins. Cool.
Place chocolate in separate bowls. In saucepan, bring cream to a boil. Add kahlua, bring to a simmer. Pour 1/3c cream mixture over each chocolate. Stir until smooth. Remove crusts from pans. Fill each about 2/3 full with chocolate filling. Pour 3 small pools of white chocolate filling onto each, marble with knife and chill.

One Bite Lemon or Lime Tarts

1/2 cup softened cream cheese
1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (lemon juice for lemon tarts)
1/4 teaspoon lime zest (lemon zest for lemon tarts)
15 Athens® Mini Fillo Shells (1 box)
2 thin slices lime -- cut into eigths, for garnish
In a small bowl, combine cream cheese and milk. Mix until light and fluffy. Add lime juice and lime zest. Mix thoroughly. Chill for 1 hour. Spoon or pipe 2 teaspoons of filling into each Fillo Shell. Garnish with sliced lime. Serve immediately.
