Mini Pizza Cups- Great Appetizer or snack!

(originally made 5/6/2008)

Jake loves pizza in any form, and I thought these would be fun for him to help me make.   We made them "full" size, 8 rolls= 8 pizza cups, since they were dinner    :)   We also added a sprinkle of parm cheese to each one before topping with mozzarella.       Definitely lots of ways to go with this one!
