(originally made in 2000, family favorite)

Quick Chicken Parm

6 boneless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons butter -- melted
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon parsley
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3/4 cup tomato sauce
1 cup mozzarella cheese

Heat oven to 400. Dip chicken in butter, coat with combined remaining ingredients. Place in 13x9 pan. Bake 20 to 25 mins. Top with sauce and cheese, bake 5 to 10 mins more, or until cheese is melted.

** Even quicker- use Parmesan Crusted Shake N Bake in place of ingredients 3 through 9 **
