Sliced Baked Potatoes

Everyone jumped on the Hasselback potato bandwagon a while back.  I found this recipe in my files that I made back in 2004, same idea.

Sliced Baked Potatoes

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
4 medium potatoes
2 to 3T melted butter
1 teaspoon salt
2 to 3T mixed parsley, chives, thyme and sage
1 1/2 tablespoons parmesan cheese

Cut potatoes into thin slices, but not all the way through. Place in dish, fan slightly. Sprinkle with salt. Drizzle with butter and sprinkle with herbs. Bake at 425 for 50 mins. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 10 mins more.
