    Blueberry Oat Smoothies

Finally getting back into the swing of things after a crazy few weeks and I'm trying tons of new recipes that I can't wait to share with you all!  I bought some blueberries for another recipe and had some left over but I didn't want to do more baking. I searched the Taste of Home site and found Kim F's Blueberry Oatmeal Smoothies.

I made absolutely no changes to the recipe. There is a tip to add ice if you're using fresh berries, but I just measured out my 1 cup and stuck them in the freezer the night before.

My blender has a smoothie button, so I ran it through the cycle while debating how to serve it. The site shows it in a bowl, so I went with that. You could definitely drink it out of a shake cup or glass as well, but it does thicken as it sits.

This made for a nice filling breakfast. I think it would also be fantastic with strawberries!

I'm a huge fan of the Dunkin Donuts Power Breakfast sandwich, so when I started seeing ads for the new Egg White & Veggie Omelet Bites I stopped in and gave them a try.  They were delicious, but of course, I knew I could make them at home.

    Stuffed Waffles

I wasn't sure I was going to blog these stuffed waffles since it was the first time I tried using the new iron but since I'd already taken the pics as I went I figured, why not? They aren't perfect but they are delicious!

Since I already came up with a version of Dunkin Donuts new Egg White & Veggie Omelet Bites for myself, I decided to make the other variety that they are offering, Bacon & Cheddar, for my husband.
